1. To join an online class please contact me directly and I can send you zoom meeting link which is needed to access a class.
2. Please contact me no later than 30 minutes before the class time.
3. Payment can be paid by email transfer to info@freshwaveyoga.com (if you are experiencing loss of income at this time and would like to attend please let me know)

Class Descriptions
Level 1
A class to introduce the foundations of Iyengar Yoga. Student's will begin to develop stability, mobility and strength through asanas (yoga postures). This class is suitable for new students as well as students who want to learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga.
Level 2
In this class students move into more challenging asanas building upon the foundations learned in Level 1. Suitable for students that have taken Level 1 for three to six months.
Level 3
This class with further deepen a student's understanding into poses already learned as well as introducting new poses and variations in inversions. Suitable for students that have a consistent personal practice as well as a stable headstand and shoulderstand or are familiar with setups for alternates.
All Levels
This is a class suitable for Beginners as well as more experienced students. Open to all levels of students.
Gentle
This class is especially for students looking for a slower paced class. This class focuses on helping to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Attention will be paid to asanas (yoga postures) that increase mobility and strength of the neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and opening of the chest. All ages and levels are welcome.
Jumpings
The Jumpings class is based around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) which are a series of linked poses moving quickly from one to the next. Build balance, agility and strength in this active class. Open to students who have taken a Beginner's session.
*All props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you like.
