Fees - Spring 2024
All classes offered as a hybrid option, online and in-studio options
In-studio & online option (11 weeks)
1.5 hour class - $220 session (drop in fee $22)
1.25 hour class - $187 session (drop in fee $19)
Online only option (11 weeks) - deduct 10% from above fee for chosen class

Class Descriptions
Level 1
A class to introduce the foundations of Iyengar Yoga. Student's will begin to develop stability, mobility and strength through asanas (yoga postures). This class is suitable for new students as well as students who want to learn the foundations of Yoga.
Level 2
In this class students move into more challenging asanas building upon the foundations learned in Level 1. Suitable for students that have taken Level 1 for three to six months.
Level 3
This class with further deepen a student's understanding into poses already learned as well as introducting new poses and variations in inversions. Suitable for students that have a consistent personal practice as well as a stable headstand and shoulderstand or are familiar with setups for alternates.
All Levels
This is a class suitable for Beginners as well as more experienced students. Open to all levels of students.
55+
This class is especially for people over 55 years old. This class focuses on helping to enhance flexibility, strength and balance. Attention will be paid to asanas (yoga postures) that increase mobility and strength of the neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and opening of the chest. Although the class is designed for those over the age of 55 if you are under 55 and prefer a slower paced class you are more than welcome to register.
Gentle
This class is especially for students looking for a slower paced class. This class focuses on helping to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Attention will be paid to asanas (yoga postures) that increase mobility and strength of the neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and opening of the chest. All ages and levels are welcome.
Yoga at Noon
The Jumpings class is based around Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) which are a series of linked poses moving quickly from one to the next. Build balance, agility and strength in this active class. Open to students who have taken a Beginner's session.
